3 Day Blitz Training
Perfect for organizations that are on a tight schedule. This is a 3-day training course that goes over the major fundamentals of leadership and soft and firm skills. This program can be utilized if you have current leadership that is good but needs some help in specific areas. When you sign up for training, we can customize the material based on your specific needs.
1 Week Training
This training offers the whole package in one shot. This training is 5 consecutive days and covers all course material. This package is ideal for organizations that have leaders with no formal training, future leaders you are grooming, or if you are in the middle or beginning phases of a rebuild. This course will elevate your leaderships knowledge and confidence and make them more effective for your organization.
Custom Plan
Our custom plan offers the same material as our 1 Week Training course. We understand organizations are busy and have goals and obligations to meet and may not be able to accommodate a weeklong consecutive course but still want the benefits of the full week package. Instead of a 1-week consecutive training, we will work with you to establish specific dates that work for your organization.
